How soon will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped directly from manufacturer, please allow 2-3 weeks.

How will my order be packaged?

All orders are shipped in clean and new brown cardboard boxes using brown paper tape. Some products are pre-treated in mineral oil thus they are wraped in brown craft paper to protect them from drastic moisture changes.  Styrofoam is not used at all in the packaging.  Instead,  bubble wrap, cardboard corners, curled wood shavings and craft paper are used.

 

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Yes! Gift wrap is in vanilla colored tissue paper and also hase a bow of raffia at no extra charge if requested.  All products have a great box opening presentation. 

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped UPS ground except when requested otherwise.  Additional actual shipping charges will apply. 

What if I need to return the product?

You are free to return it via UPS.  Upon receipt, the product is inspected to insure it is in new condition, with no cuts on it, when appropriate.We will refund you 100% of the amount paid for the item minus 5% restocking fee. Unfortunately, laser engraved or personalized merchandise is not returnable
