Shipping your product:

All orders are shipped in clean and new brown cardboard boxes using brown paper tape. 

Some products are pre-treated in mineral oil and wrapped in brown craft paper to protect them from drastic moisture changes.  Gift wrap is done in vanilla colored tissue paper and also tie a bow of raffia at no extra charge if requested.  All products have a great box opening presentation. Styrofoam is not used at all in the packaging.  Instead, bubble wrap, cardboard corners, curled wood shavings and craft paper are used.  Also,  a handwritten gift card can be enclosed at no extra charge.  When you place your order, please make sure to let us know whether to gift wrap or what the card should say.

Orders are shipped UPS ground except when requested otherwise.  Additional actual shipping charges will apply. 

Due to the weight of some products, they might ship in multiple boxes.

Payment:

Payment is made at the time you place your by way of credit card. The payment amount includes the price of the item you are ordering plus shipping charges and state tax if applicable. Personalization may result in additional charges.

Kentucky residents add 6% sales tax.

Order Lead Times:

Should something need to be manufactured, the lead time for that product is several days to a few weeks.   Product will be shipped directly from manufacturer, please allow 2-3 weeks.  We will notify you if there is a problem with filling an order.  Larger orders will have a longer lead time.

Product Returns:

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you are free to return it to the manufacturer via UPS.  Upon receipt, they will make sure the product is in new condition, with no cuts on it, when appropriate, and then we’ll send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt.  We will refund you 100% of the amount paid for the item to us minus 5% restocking and the shipping.  Unfortunately, laser engraved or personalized merchandise is not returnable.  If you are not happy with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.
